[r1361 r1365] monsters fall through 3D floor

[r1361 r1365] monsters fall through 3D floor

I have monsters 2 units above stacked 3D floors. They fall through to the next lower 3D floor on startup.
It's okay up to r1337.
After that I installed r1361 and r1365, happens with both those revisions.

Please repost in the ZDoom forum. This is most likely due to Randy's changes to this code.
