Monster Invulnerabilities

Is there a way to make a certain monster invulnerable to specific attacks and such, preferrably in DECORATE. Also, is there a way to set whether or not a monster is friendly based on whether or not the monster that spawned it is?

Not possible AFAIK, although I believe that should be added to the GZDoom feature suggestions (what a great idea!) 8)
