After loading a save file for a co-op game in GZDoom i get a message that says "waiting for: 2". Sometimes it says "waiting for: 1 2" and sometimes both players get the message. I have been trying to figure out what it means for a while now, I'm not sure if I'm missing something obvious. The game still seems to run fine for both players but the message persists and is distracting. I tried disabling messages, changing the host, copying the save file over from the host PC and changing network modes. Loading co-op games in ZDoom doesn't give me this problem but i would prefer to use GZDoom. Any Help would be appreciated.
This is how my batch files are written
gzdoom.exe -host 2 skill 4 -loadgame save0
gzdoom.exe -join <ip address> -loadgame save0

Re: "waiting for:" message after loading save in netgame
Your first instinct must be to always update your version of (g)zdoom to the upmost latest for anything involving netgames. It's kind of confusing when someone asks about a bug that was actually fixed a couple of months ago.
Also note that the skill command will do absolutely nothing if you are loading a game, as the save will already set its own.
