[G1.9pre-691-g0cb1547] Crash : Latest version of RPG and RLA

I am trying to use the latest versions of doom RPG and doom RLA through the RPG launcher.
The launcher has a built in updater that automatically updates RPG, and I downloaded the latest verion of RLA, and since than it crashes on startup.

I also got the to use a shortcut to load all the files without the launcher and get the same thing.

So it seems like no one knows what my problem is or how to fix it.
For the people that have looked into it, can you tell anything that you did figure out about the problem, if you did find anything?

From the crash log, the crash appears to be coming from your ATI driver for your graphics card. I did try loading these mods (the latest available versions of them) with the latest development build of GZDoom, but I got no crash.

I've also noticed that you are loading a GZDoom executable with those mods. I'm not sure if it has any side effects to all of this, but it's something I've noticed, nonetheless.

Of course, I'm not the expert here, so you might want to wait on a reply from Graf.

I have a saphire r9 270x and I recently had problems updating the drivers (AMD HAS NO DRIVERS) so that may have been the problem. I'm gonna download the beta drivers right now to see if it works.

I got the beta versions of the AMD drivers but it still crashes with the same error. I'm gonna try to find an older version of the AMD drivers to see if that will work.

I installed the 14.4 drivers and it still doesn't work. I also tried to run doom RLA and it ran just fine, so the problem is with RPG.

So it seems that when I use -sm3 in the shortcut it works for some reason. I have no idea how it works but I'm assuming that it disabled whatever made my AMD drivers go bonkers.
