ZDoom very fatal error

Hello there

Im trying to play burt everytime i access any of the games i get this errror

any ideas? help please

It's hard to guess just from the crash window.

See that "Save report to disk..." button? Use it and then attach to a reply the zip file it creates.

It doesn't even start the GL renderer and immediately reverts to ZDoom's software renderer.
What's your graphics hardware?

What is this d_brutal.exe anyways?

What happens when you just open GZDoom, without any addon PWADs?
