This means that your graphics driver does not initialize OpenGL. Where did you get this driver from - and what's your graphics hardware?

@E1M1
What is your GPU and CPU?
You likely have a GPU with no Windows 10 drivers. I have a Celeron G530 and a HD Graphics GPU and I have the same problem with 2.1. (2.0.05 runs fine, though.)

This is your problem.

Windows does not properly update the OpenGL components of drivers. Your screenshot is also not detailed enough to tell us exactly what kind of hardware you have.

Please visit Intel's website and use their identifier and updater. Simply download Intel's Driver Utility and install it and run it. It should do the rest with getting your drivers up to date.

Barring DirectX enhancements, no video driver that worked on Windows 8 should cease to work in Windows 10.

Are you sure you used GZDoom 2.x before? I don't think your computer's hardware even supports OpenGL 3.x.
Try 1.8.10 instead.

It seems like you've been using GZDoom versions that pre-dated the OpenGL rewrite. Like Graf said - your video card is probably just not recent enough to handle OpenGL 3.x extensions, and because of that, you probably were in fact loading GZDoom versions that still supported OpenGL 2.

(edited for clarity)

Hum ok...
So... the only possible solution is buy a new and most recent video card(?)

For now, and as long as Graf continues to support them, you can use the 1.8.x series because they are compiled with recent code but still support OpenGL 2. However, pre-built developer versions of these are not currently available.

It's up to Graf whether or not he wants to issue instructions to the SVN team on how to compile those. Until then, just stick with 1.8.10 - because it is, in fact, the latest and greatest version supported by your graphics card - not the 1.9 beta's.
