If you go to the tavern, or the sanctuary after you start a new game, go to the side of the door that looks like a wooden board is across it. Now, press USE. The wood bar disappears while the door goes up. When the door comes back down, while the door is moving, the wood "plank" remains. I'll try to get the dos version to run, once i do, i'll edit this post with the resault.
EDIT: Yes, after about a five minute trek in to Windows XPs handling of the dos sound code (dont get me started) the doors do the exact same thing. Also, the colors in dos made me sick. Thank god for hi-color and cool doom ports.

Well, i try. But i dont know anything about how you have added modifcations to the code, and it took me five minuites to verify that in strife. Guess i'll stick to bitching about Doom problems.Graf Zahl wrote:Interesting effect.
The door texture is actually a switch and the effect fully intentional. How about reporting real bugs for a change.?

I'll try to find real bugs this time. Keep up the good work man
