Menu fog controls

How about a couple of slide bars?, one for the fog color (which should tell with the RGB code, what color the pointer is positioned at) and another one for the fog intensity (also displaying the proper values).

This can be useful for mappers or basically anyone who wants to find out which fog combination suits best a map. Doing it from the console sure works, but it ain't as fast.
