Slight HUD_SHOWSTATS improvement?

Instead of just listing how much of a boost you've acquired, would it make sense include the max stat number possible?

Like say you have acquired 50 stamina points..

Currently it will show just 50 in the alternate hud.

With my proposed changes, it will display 50/100 instead.

I'm not sure whether the cap of 100 can be changed in a custom WAD or something, but it may be useful to be able to display the max possible stat like Strife originally did.

The cap is always 100 so I didn't consider it necessary.
