How about a flag, that you can put a monster, and it'll somehow read that it can't go above a water sector?

I've equested this before, and seen another couple of threads along the same vein, plus this one. That's a lot of requesting!

I imagine Graf knows all of the justifications for the request off by heart by now, so I won't bother gonig over them again.
