Extra Obituaries

For quite a long time now I have had several problems with obituaries, the first being that no custom splash damage obituary, the second being that projectiles with the +FIREDAMAGE flag automatically default to the "%o melted" obituary, regardless of any obituary defined by that projectile.

My suggestion is that:

A new obituary should be added for splash damage, to allow other weapons to emulate the Rocket launcher.

Any obituary defined by a weapon, monster, or projectile with Fire damage should override the default obituary.

I asked for projectile obituaries awhile ago, although certain monsters use the same projectile, that can be fixed by not making projectile obituaries a requirement, but to have G/ZDoom default back to the monster obituaries if the projectile doesnt have an obituary of its own
