[1.0.18] Crashes w/ Inconsistent Nodes

I'm not sure if this is worth fixing but its worth noting. If a map has GL nodes that are outdated and regular nodes that are current, the program crashes.

My ancient copy of DeeP has no option to build GL nodes. Doom Builder always fails the node build so I have it turned off. And the .bat file I use specifies for ZDBSP to build GL nodes (which I'm going to change). So when I edited with Doom Builder, built the nodes with the .bat, then edited with Deep I noticed this.

Too bad but there isn't much I can do. Don't ever build standard GL nodes when editing because they cause an utter mess.
