Is there any way to make a hitscan that doesn't randomize at all, but fires at an offset?

I think the heretic's powered up wand does this. It has 5-equally spaced out hitscans that always hit the same 5 places every time, in a horizontal row.

I need the same thing except only two horizontal, then two vertical alternating.

Is this possible?
