[fixed][0.9.2] Hexen, Map03 glitches...

I was playing through hexen in your port and everything was fine until I got to Map03 (The guardian of fire). I dunno what caused it but my weapon and its sprites (I was the cleric and had the serpent staff) just vanished. At the same time the status bar went screwed up and wall textures appeared to scroll... very bizzare indeed...

I suspect it might have something to do with lava as it first happened at the beginning when I ran into the lava pit that destroys the floor and raises.

Lexus, uh, that is weird. I played all the way through Seven Portals last night (the whole hub that is), and didnt have any problems. Then again you probably have several differences than I, one being you most likely have an updated IWAD and I don't.

This looks more like a driver problem. I played through the first 2 hubs of Hexen in one session last week and the game never screwed up, even after continuously running for almost 2 hours.

Yup, same stuff here. It only occures when looking at the flowing magma in the middle of the fire room, from whatever place.

Also, to avoid Confusion, this is map 04, not 03 ;) (Guardian of Fire it is)

Radeon 9200 SE 64 MB
Directx 9.0
Athlon 1 GHZ
512 DDRam

Proof: (I was playing as the fighter, without dyn lights)

I also tried messing with Open GL display settings on different settings. No help.

Let me grab lappy and get there real quick like. I'll edit with what I find.

EDiTAGE FOR GREAT JUSTICE: ***NOT AN ATI SPECIFIC PROBLEM*** That said I played to the Guardian of Fire (Which most certainly isn't MAP03 BTW, its MAP04). So I do this on my laptop, which has an ATI "card" in it, and I have no problems. Runs without a hitch. Then I go and do the same thing on my desktop, which has a nVidia card, and I get the same sort of glitch. Weird. Hope that helps ya Graf.
