Model Skin Problems

When I add a Model, it says, for example:

Barrel.bmp not found in explosive barrel

even though I have it defined in MODELDEF and it's in my Models.pk3

Nothing Model Related ever loads in the map

Could you post the contents of your MODELDEF, or better yet, zip up your Models.pk3 and attach it?

BMPs are not supported as texture format. Use PNG, PCX or TGA instead.

Not a bug.
