Light Amplification Goggles Highlighting Customization

Could it be made to allow players to customize what actors get highlighted (or not) by the Light Amp Goggles in OpenGL mode?

If so, a dummy version of the flag could probably be added to ZDoom to ensure it wouldn't crash out if presented with it.
