When i played GZDoom using the anaglyph effect from IZ3D, it didn't work, but when the fade or melt between levels happened, it showed as red, not normal colour...
if this is atleast fixable, could gz have support for 3d anaglyph and other stuff when using IZ3D?

Sorry, I can't help you here. Apparently the driver for these things screws up the readback of the frame buffer.
