Insignificant dynamic lights menu bug

1. Face something with dynamic lights and goto "Dynamic Light Options"

2. Disable dynamic lights (works ok, you can see dynamic lights being switched off behind the menu)

3. Enable them again (dynamic lights appear to be off)

4. Now close the menu (dynamic lights are on)

This abnormal behavior has been around for centuries, just forgot to report it before.

That's because the lights are part of the game simulation. They get destroyed by force if you switch them off but to be recreated the game needs to run. When the menu is up that doesn't happen.

Not worth changing, IMO.
