[r473] Line_Horizon bug

It seems that Line_Horizon has it's signs mixed up atm....when used in a sector with a negative height, the horizon actually appears at the corresponding positive height, and vice versa. Doesn't affect ZDoom.

(example wad - height is constantly printed - press use in the red sector to port between the 3 rooms)
