Here's the relevant changelog by Gez. Please don't ask me why he did it like that.
I'll take care of this once I know why this decision was made.* WEAPON.NOAUTOAIM flag, though it is restricted to attacks that spawn a missile (it will not affect autoaim settings for a hitscan or railgun, and that's deliberate)
