[~r892] F1 key permabound to screen capture

I haven't checked Zdoom yet if this is also an issue, but the F1 key, no matter what I seem to bind it to, always captures a screenshot instead of what it's bound to do.

EDIT: Nevermind, it only does that with -DEVPARM. I had accidentally selected developer mode using the Unleashed launcher.
