Crosshair

Hi all!
I wanted to offer some kind of enhancement for crosshairs.
It's really necessary to let crosshair not only be white or transparent, to make it visible on light backgrounds.

As I know, at the moment GZDoom uses only image's red channes as crosshair's alpha channel (which is only white).
Maybe it would be better to use for example image's green channe in place of white
and blue channel as color that depends of health ammount (changing its hue from green to red).
