First one happens when you use ceiling_waggle on a extra floor. The top the extra floor will change in between the light value of the sector itself and the light value of the control sector. This only happens as it's going up, however. Everything is fine on it's way down.
The second is a rendering error that has to do GZDoom drawing the inside of a extra floor. It renders the sides of the extra floor over the top of it, so it appears as though what is the top of the extra floor is a madly warped bottom (which it's not, obviously).
As usual, I have provided a example wad if one of my sucky explainations doesn't make any friggin' sense.
