Is there any way to change the cheats back to the original Hacx cheats without touching the source of Eternity and ZDoom? As far as i remember, ZDoom does not support changing the cheats with dehacked.

No. Source changes are mandatory.

I don't think it matters anyway. There's the console. Also, if people are like me, they use the "allcheat" thing so that even if the cheat codes were changed in Hacx, iddqd and co. would still work.
