Thanks to the efforts of my kind host, Eruanna, the News page of DooM Nexus is now directly linked to the DRDTeam forums. This means that I can update the site directly from here, and won't need to mess with html pages on my computer (at least for the News page). Over time, I'll convert the entire site to a php-based one, instead of the current html-based one.
In other news, my interview with kmxexii has been posted.
I have completed mapping and gameplay on E3M4 of Infernos. Something is holding me back from starting E3M5, the final map in the set, but I have come up with a few ideas to provide nice new twists to the map.

Congratulations! When you're ready to migrate your other pages just let me know, it will not be complicated for me to set that up for you.
If you need a hidden forum to start formatting your static pages in phpBB let me know, I can set it up so only you and the admin team has access.

Re: DooM Nexus News Gets a Brand Nex .... errr.... New Forma
Migrating the other pages may be a bit too ambitious for me at this point, given my real life commitments. But thanks for the offer to help.
Would you please explain what you meant by "a hidden forum to start formatting your static pages in phpBB". Does this mean that I can begin work on those pages without real-time updates to DooM Nexus, and simply update the site when those pages are ready?
Also, most of the site has pages that will not change (primarily the screenshot pages of the various released projects). Is there any need to convert those pages to .php format, or can they stay in html? There are a handful of "dynamic" pages - "master" pages for tutorials (not the tutorials themselves), fiction, Doomster Unveiled, reviews, newstuff, oldstuff. I'm guessing that these pages will benefit from migrating to php.

Yes, that's what it means.Rex Claussen wrote:Would you please explain what you meant by "a hidden forum to start formatting your static pages in phpBB". It's up to you, really. I tend to find it's a lot easier to manage a site if all the content is in one place, though.Rex Claussen wrote:Also, most of the site has pages that will not change (primarily the screenshot pages of the various released projects).
