[fixed]Mid textures unaffected by extra light

When firing a weapon all surfaces are normally lit with extra light.

GZdoom does this too except mid textures arn't lit with extra light, which looks a bit odd.

Ooops. you are right! How could that happen without me ever noticing? :?
