Exiting GZDoom messes up graphics settings.

Post by Mechatron »

I recently started using the 64-bit versions of GZDoom, to keep up with 64-bit Windows 10, but I've ran into a couple of problems:

First, when I try to start a new game of Guncaster GZDoom would crash with a "Not enough resources available" error. Fortunately I was able to clear that problem up by disabling GL Texture Precaching. For some reason, only Guncaster causes that problem.

The more annoying issue I have happens when exiting GZDoom. For some reason, my desktop brightness/contrast/gamma settings get fouled up. The settings as reported by the NVIDIA control panel haven't changed, but my desktop is left too bright with not enough contrast and I have to "nudge" the settings back. This happens with any mod, and even without mods.

Admittedly my system is not a hardcore gaming rig (i3 CPU w/ NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450), but everything was OK up until I switched from 32 to 64 bits.
