If Project_Brutality_2.03a.zip is the file downloaded from here, you need to extact it first and play with Project Brutality 2.03.pk3.
For me it doesn't crash anyway but I didn't try it on Windows 10.
Why do you report a bug in the news thread? There's a special forum for that. In any case, this one's for _mental_, it's in a function I don't know what it's there for. (ProcExtsFromExtString)

For some reason glGetString(GL_EXTENSIONS) returns NULL (no drivers installed? core profile only?)
Alexis, what's your graphics card?
I don't have a graphic card, I run the integrated Intel HD graphics (i3) with the latest Windows 10 WHQL drivers installed. Gzdoom 1.8.x and latest Zandronum (in gl mode) work fine.

That's pretty bad. It's not so easy to fix something without the hardware in question
Please do yet another test with this and this. I guess the first will work but the second will crash.
