I know that it has to do with my video-card, an ATI Raedon HD 4670 for AGP with 1GB VRAM. This same occurance has been happening with the last several versions of GZDoom. GZDoom was working fine until I changed my video-card to the afore mentioned. At the time, there was stuff in the .INI file that I could look at and change. When I changed the rendering to software-rendering (I don't remember which parameter's value I changed), GZDoom worked again, albeit in software-rendering mode, not OpenGL 3D-rendering mode.
Well since I've upgraded the GZDoom several times since then, there's nothing in the .INI file at all that I can do what I did before. Totally blank, it is.
Is there some way that I can get GZDoom to boot up in software-rendering mode so that it will at least run at all? If so, what? Even better, how can I get GZDoom to work in 3D-rendering mode again?
Please help! I've not been able to play a Doom game for months! PLEASE!
