Sector #372, when I just arrived that place and see the glitch...
Sector #258, after hit the switch on Linedef #1655(special 68: SR Floor To Higher Floor Change Tex).
Tested with latest ZDoom and it's working fine without glitches, I tested all GZDooM release version(1.8.x and 2.0.x) and all pre-2.1 Dev. builds on DRD Team site, all showed this problem, I just too lazy to test more older version of GZDooM...

There's a mapping bug in that position. There's one overlapping linedef referencing another sector whose remnants you see there as the glitch.
I can't do much about that, the GL renderer is far more sensitive to such mapping bugs than the software renderer. If it bothers you, open the map with an editor and remove linedef #1825.
