The above official version ships with fmodex 4.18 but expects 4.20. Placing a copy of fmod 4.20 into the GZdoom directory allows GZdoom to progress further but...
The magewand fix from the SVN version does not seem to have been applied to the official version so GZdoom halts with a decorate error.
